- 1 - 20 ounce can crushed pineapple
- 1 - 3 oz. package Lime Jello
- 10 big marshmallows, cut up
- 1 - container cottage cheese
- 1 - 8 ounce carton of Cool Whip
- Drain pineapple and pour juice into a kettle
- Add: Jello
- Bring to a boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly
- Cool
- Add: marshmallows, cottage cheese, pineapple and half of the Cool Whip
- Stir real good
- Mold it or pour into an 8 x 10 glass pan
- Refrigerate
- 8 big servings or for smaller ones

- I use pineapple in its own juice, sugar free jello and low fat cottage cheese.
- Very good.
