Lime Jello Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 - 20 ounce can crushed pineapple
  • 1 - 3 oz. package Lime Jello
  • 10 big marshmallows, cut up
  • 1 - container cottage cheese
  • 1 - 8 ounce carton of Cool Whip
Preparation
  1. Drain pineapple and pour juice into a kettle
  2. Add: Jello
  3. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly
  4. Cool
  5. Add: marshmallows, cottage cheese, pineapple and half of the Cool Whip
  6. Stir real good
  7. Mold it or pour into an 8 x 10 glass pan
  8. Refrigerate
Serves
  • 8 big servings or for smaller ones

  • I use pineapple in its own juice, sugar free jello and low fat cottage cheese. 
  • Very good.
